Available in all 5 Group Fitness Studios and included in your membership Every one of our Group Fitness studios is equipped with an on-demand virtual fitness system. That means that opportunities to take a class exist from the min. the club opens through closing. With the push of a button you can choose the class you want to take. Down comes the screen and class begins with industry leading trainers teaching every class.
On-Demand classes are available whenever a live class is not using the studio.
