Universal Athletic Club is seeking experienced Senior Fitness – Group Instructor. We will certify the right candidate if necessary. Looking for a team player and UAC cheerleader, who is enthusiastic, motivating and willing to grow and learn along the way.

Job Requirements:

• Availability to teach designated classes on a consistent basis and provide instruction for senior group fitness classes based on certifications (We will certify the right candidate if necessary.)
• Provide exceptional instruction to older adults of varying fitness levels
• Creates enthusiastic, welcoming and energetic class environments while providing specific emphasis on safety and proper execution of movements
• Foster an inclusive environment for members
• Individuals need to display an ability to teach a beat-driven class appropriate for older adult populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
• Keeps current on all certifications and industry practices
